I’m glad you are here.

Fitness In Plain Sight (FIPS), was created to help women feel present, connected, and safe in their bodies.

We help you on your journey through our offerings of fitness training, movement classes, and mind + body workshops.

There are many reasons why we may feel disconnected from our body “home”. Through trauma, illness, aging, birthing, injury, and everyday living, our bodies navigate a multitude of experiences which can sometimes leave us feeling lost. 

FIPS can help you get back on the road to feeling reconnected and whole as well as help you develop confidence, strength and trust to “live in your body”.
