Individual Training (1-on-1) 30 minute packages

30 mins (8 Sessions): $50 per session
30 mins (12 Sessions): $45 per session
30 mins (24 Sessions): $40 per session

This is great place to start if you are new to exercise and want to adopt a more consistent relationship with movement and fitness. You know that exercise is worth your time and you desire to have a more active lifestyle, but need some direction.

50 mins (12 Sessions): $60 per session
50 mins (24 Sessions): $55 per session

Maybe you've been a regular exerciser and have gained some consistency with your workouts, but you want to push a little harder. You desire to break a plateau, or you have fallen off of a once regular routine and ready to get  back on track. Let's get you to where you want to be with longer workouts.

Buddy Training (2-on-1)

30 minutes: $35 (per person)

Don't want to start a fitness program on your own? Grab a friend and I'll train you both and you'll have greater accountability! No one wants to disappoint a friend.

Single Individual Session

30 minutes: $65
